That includes school field trips.

What's with MOA It smells like Manila bay at mapapagod senior. And you have to go through Pasay traffic. I think Ayala Center is the best. You can walk from Greenbelt to Landmark to Glorietta to SM.

I love Landmark. May chapel pa sila where we go to mass often.

If I took a photo of our wash room in the office by end of day baka ma viral din sa dumi.

meron master bolero mayor for decades.....

almost all roads one-way... ito yung pinakabwisit sa lahat.....

2nd bwisit eh too much skycrapper........ when disaster strike i dont know paano gagawin jan...

and sa panahon ngayon.... who goes to ayala center???? nabubuhay lang because of business district....

ang usap-usapan usually mall of asia.... and the improved megamall.....

but for foot traffic eh trinoma and sm north...

Sooner or later you will have to choose which type of crowd you want to be with. And I choose the Rustans customers when it comes to grocery. They're so respectful and they respec the space of others. And they dress well too, dapat naman talaga kahit sa supermsrket hindi ka amoy paa tsinelas mo o amoy laway bsgong gising buhok mo o singaw ng tshirt mo na galing sa kama, eew so many masa Pinoys

Meron ako 3rd na sinu-supermarket an ngaun uls. Guess what Marketplace by SM. Haha ginaya Marketplace by Rustans. Hindi sya kasi classy as Rustans. Pero I like to pickup my wuick groceries there too kasi kokonti pa ang tao, ang linis linis pa, sa new Podium eto, kasi near one of our offices. I also hangout sa coffee shops sa new podium so classy the place even if it is owned by masa SM

And also so classy the new food court of new podium its called The Corner Market, , its like Hole in the Wall of Century Mall when it was brand new.

We do our major grocery shopping at Landmark or Cash & Carry. Rustan's Makati, Central or Rockwell can't compare to the items available at Landmark or Cash and Carry. For minor grocery shopping we go to Rustan's or Metro. S&R for lettuce, bacon and snacks. I don't see much difference in terms of the crowd. Though sa S&R daming bastos pag sale. I don't know bakit nagsusurface sila pag sale lang. Yung Lander's curious talaga ako.

When I'm in GH, I always pass Unimart kasi maganda din items nila.

Basta SM talaga iniiwasan ko. Yun Puregold kulang kulang din when I first checked it out kaya di na ko bumalik.

We went to Landers Alabang, halos pareho lang price from other stores na walang membership. Maraming imported items. I think kung imported talaga hanap mo dun ka. Pero not worth the hassle for me.

Wala masyado pila.

SM can do what sosy companies (Ayala, Rustan's etc) can coz they have capital

yun nga lang the SM brand is still identified with masa crowd

    --

gawin ng SM mag partner sila with an Asian luxury mall operator

i dunno... maybe Singapore's Paragon or Thailand's Siam Paragon or Japan's Ginza

build a mall that doesn't bear the SM name

    haha

Their attempt at upscale is a major fail IMO such as Podium and Aura. In fact Aura is a major eyesore. What the hell were they thinking. Pag nakikita ko Aura that's what comes to my head. Market Market looks way better on the outside.

I think Ayala does it best when it comes to upscale and surprisingly Villar too! My pintasero Kuya thinks Villar's upscale projects are good. I though Evia was Ayala nga hehe

Almost same items but not same brands. AFAIK sa S&R may electronics and tires, sa Landers wala.
