went to Landers Otis last thursday to gas up and take advantage of 10pesos/Liter off. Original price nung 95 octance is 55pesos so naging 45 nalang, later that night i found out na may caltex din pala sa paco na 47php/liter 95 octance. so in real world ung natipid ko lang sa Landers Otis is 2 pesos per liter x 30 liters = 60 pesos

not worth it ung pila (15minutes) at medyo out of way ung Landers-Otis

Reminds me of one of our lessons in school. Mass market products make the most money talaga.

konti lang kasi kayo mga "quiet and prim and proper" demographic

oo maganda nga mga tindahan niyo

    classy, upscale and all

    breakeven at best

pero mga puregold and similar stores that cater to the jolog demographic... di sila nalulugi

i liked going to molopisya, back when it was still new and un-reach-able by those who do not car nor taxi.
but i was told back then, the mall wasn't making money.

today, the place is always full to the rafters. hindi na maganda puntahan. making money na siguro.

I like central square in BGC. Ganda kasi ng parking at hindi crowded. And it smells good!

Landmark is a middle class mall though. It's my favorite department store and grocery. I can't open the link. But I think worst employer pa rin SM. BDO back office in Makati ang pangit din ng office (I was interviewed there because my classmate referred me)

i think it's common among commercial establishments
