Are senior citizens allowed to use PWD ba? Yung maternal lola ko kasi sa US may PWD card talaga siya kasi hirap na magkalakad.

well they should be, gaya rin ng mga buntis. no questions asked.
all we need is strict implementation. persons with pwd should apply, then an official decal accompanied with the ID will be issued like a car pass perhaps.
