mukhang nakatulong itong 11am opening.....11pm closing sa malls.....

hindi kasing traffic sa mga nakaraang taon....

pero pag going to recto at divisoria sobrang bwisit..... pure chaos.... disorder

ang thriving ngayon yung japan home 88.... sa may mother ignacia dami tao kanina..... sa harap ko nagshopping worth 10thou mukhang pang reregalo...

May bagong wing pala ang festival mall. Ang laki although marami pang vacant spaces. It's right in front of Asian Hospital. In it is Landmark department store.

and aside from family mart, meron ding mini mart at 7-11.
marami lang sigurong tingi-tingi na costumer. ayaw mamalengke o mag-stock up on goods sa bahay.
dati, sari sari store. ngayon, air-conditioned family mart and other convenience stores.

It's small. Not that many shops. So not that many people, it's a lifestyle mall kaya bihira jologs [emoji16] . The cinema is great there. Cinema 1 is mx4d. Aside from moving chairs may water effect and wind effects. Cinema 2 is recliner, my favorite.

Pag labas mo ng mcx kita mo na. Although if you're not from around not worth it na dumayo pa. The only reason we like going there is because of the cinema and to avoid crowd.

Oh. I think it's close to where my Kuya lives now so we're meeting up there. I hope they have restaurants that are unique to Evia.

Hmm. They have Merlion's Singaporean cuisine there. Haven't seen that resto anywhere else here in PH. Although we haven't tried them yet.

Landmark festival is just 10 minutes away from Evia via MCX. Use the new parking lot sa tapat ng Asian Hospital, it's near landmark and konti pa nakakaalam.

Filinvest exit pag sa landmark festival. Walang basement sa landmark. On the other side of the mall may basement at maluwag yun dahil walang elevator or escalator, hagdan lang. The best you can do is drop them off sa entrance.
