    eh ako nga ilan kotse dito na abutin ng 2 years ang tinakbo 7thou kilometers. Wala kami byahe malayo ikot lang kami depende sa araw minsan magnolia, quezon avenue, banawe, ongpin. Hindi na ako lumalayo completo na dito.

    So nangyayari oil change ko once in 2 years Pero wag nyo ako sundan ah kasi mas ok pa din once a year. Malakas lang loob ko kasi gaso lahat car.

    Sa mga pangilalim suspension antay ko bumigay. Pero dati sa civic ek yung cv bushing dapat pag sira pa lang palit agad kasi pag napabayaan eh palit yun cv joint ata buo.

    aircon antay ko mawala lamig

    sa kotse wag maghanap ng gagastusin. Gastusan nyo sarili nyo para magmukhang kayo may-ari ng kotse.

    I remember when I did my own maintenance (bearings, brake rotors/pads, fluid change, filters, etc), particularly with my carburated cars such as my 1976 Trans Am and 1986 Nissan Pulsar NX. It took a lot of my time. But, it saved me a lot of money. But, once onboard computers and EFI became common? I quit. With new cars nowadays, I'll still change a flat tire and maybe an air filter. But, that's it.

    Same here,hehehe!With my corolla small body before,maintenance cost seemed a breeze,parts and consumables lang bibilhin mo eh and the rest kaya mo nang "pag praktisan" to say the least without causing serious damage.

    kahit fuse nga kung minsan, hindi ko mapalitan, dahil kung saan-saan ba naman sa kaloob-looban ng kotse nakatago!

    Did the cars change or we got old?

    I remember, I used to take out my car's 4 wheels, put it up on jack stands... Just to scrub the undersides of the wheel wells... Every week.

    These days... When I want coffee, I drive to UCC.
