I once have an officemate whose daughter was raised in Singapore. Umabot ng hanggang Grade 3 yung bata roon. Fluent siya sa English. Then nu'ng umuwi na sila for good sa Pinas, at nag-enroll sa exclusive school, kuwento ng officemate ko, pinagtatawanan daw yung anak niya, kasi namana nya yung Singapore diction at accent.......dala niya hanggang Pinas.
