some years ago, one such condo explosion was believed to have been caused by an LPG leak from one of the units.

This happened at Serendra, it gave a good buying opportunity for the stock ALI, because it was initially thought of as a terrorist attack, only to declared later as a gas leak.

matagal na ako nag switch sa induction.. sa LPG.. costs me 900+ a month nung 2017 na unang tumaas ang gas.. induction costs around 400 a month in electricity..

matagal na namin gustong magpalit to induction. not only is it more efficient, its safer and looks better.

kaso we have a wok for those times when my wife will cook Chinese food kaya no choice but to still use a gas stove.

I know. may wok din na flat bottom na pwede sa normal induction.

kaso iba pa din wok hei kapag gas burner gamit mo.

ang dapat gawin jan baguhin building code. DApat every studio unit mandatory may balcony the sliding door the size of 4door. And yung mga 1,2 3 bedroom ang balcony nasa sala area. Dapat each room malalaki bintana. Tapos EACH FLOOR MAY MINIMUM UNIT LANG ALLOWED. I think maximum of 12 is tama.

I would rather live in a new 50 storey building than an old 8 storey building
