    It may take awhile but I think your unit is candidate for replacement. Basta maayos lang pakiusap.

    Let me share my experience with my LG 23" monitor on my PC.

    I bought the monitor in an Octagon branch, 1 yr warranty, for P10k. The panel failed in 8 months. Octagon said bring to service center. Service center initially said ok, but later said "your unit is not in our list, no warranty, P13k to fix". Mas mahal pa repair kesa pagbili lolz. Meaning grey market yung nabili ko. Octagon insists warranty is in effect.

    I got to talk to LG service manager in Manila. He promised to check my case. While waiting a day or two, I found an LG Global page for reporting service concerns, I plead my case, attached a copy of receipt, no reply. Service center eventually said ok, warranty in effect. I got my monitor back a few days later, about a month since start of negotiation.

    Did my online report helped? I never knew. The LG reporting page is not available anymore. LG Global yun eh, not LG Ph, but try the link anyway.

    I'm still using the monitor up to now, more than a year since it was fixed, and no more problems with it. I like this monitor because it uses IPS panel.

    ayaw palitan ng bagong unit ni LG kahit nag request na kami for replacement dahil may available daw silang parts na ipamalit dun sa sira.so dumating si tech nung sat 23 dala ung pyesa.ang dalang pyesa ay ung mother board.sabi ko diba panel ung problema at un ung naka lagay sa service report nila.sabi itatary daw muna sa mother board .wala na ako magawa binaklas na nila ung unit sa kagustuhan kong matapos na ang problema.after palitan ng mother board same problem parin.auto shutdown din..

    sabi ni tech panel na daw talaga ayun running of days nanaman at tumawag kahapon .na ngayon daw dadalin ung panel pero wala parin.at ang sabi hindi pwede i replace ng buong unit dahil available ung parts nila. kung available ung parts with in this days diba dapat maikakabit nila.eh bakit inorder pa nila ung LCD panel kung meron na silang parts.

    sobrang sinungaling ng mga taga LG service center nakakawalang galang para sa kanila.sep 7 kami nagreport .sep 26 na ngayon wala paring nangyayari sa binili naming BRAND NEW!!! daw sa halagang 30K!! tangina..daig pa namin ung naka bili ng surplus ...sila LG din pala masusunod kung papalitan nila o hindi..ano pa ang karapatan ng costumer....
