    bro mahirap din ang exam sa government agencies, for example the csc prof. exam and the CSEE marami and d pumapasa dun, and after taking that exam may mga sarili pang exam yun ibang agencies aside from series of panel interviews kaya kung quality lang ng empleyado i think at par ang mga govt. employees sa private sectors mas madalas lang natin marinig yun mga reklamo kaya ganyan ang perception natin.

    mahirap pumasa nga sa civil service.

    nung nag take ako ng exam dun. siguro mga 100 kami. around 15 lang kaming pumasa.

    masyado kasing generalized lagi ang perception sa mga gov't employees.

    punta ka sa PAGCOR - ba't ang ganda ng sistema nila dun? yung head ng purchasing nila eh kilala ko... ang kwento pa nga nya - kapag may meeting siya sa suppliers / vendors dun sila sa gitna ng office at hindi sa loob ng kwarto para walang under the table deals.

    medyo hindi naman ata tama to. being in government is and should be a respectable, honorable and prestigious opportunity. and mind you, mahirap din makapasok sa government, unless may backing ka. which by the way is prevalent even in private companies. the difference is that in government there is great temptation plus the opportunity and pressure to accept that temptation. sa private company, there is little, if none, temptation or evil opportunity for corruption. kung tutuusin, grabe din ang kalokohan sa private sector. hindi lang publicized. and if you see and feel the working conditions of some of our public servants compared to the comfortable office you're in, bababa din morale mo. din rin naman magiging corrupt yan kung walang nagbabayad e.
