Sayang lang at hindi gaanong masarap ang baka dito sa atin- medyo matigas, matagal palambuti at minsan pa ay may amoy (parang yung local goats). Pero yung sa Tagaytay, medyo halfway na din sa Australian beef (teka, bakit nga ba ang sasarap ng karne sa Australia? Mapa-goat or beef, doon kinukuha ng mga special breeders dito satin. Damo?).
