most probably you get sleepy after lunch, 30mins before you have a meal full of carbs or sugar, just take some cilium, the absorption of carbs/sugar would be slower hence no insulin spike, therefore no sugar crash...you could try it in the mornings also, bathroom....no, never had a problem with cilium...what it did was normalize my bowel sched.
