Why not construct the cheaper and faster to put up weir instead? Because China?

The P12.5-billion China loan terms include unconstitutional surrender of Philippine patrimonial assets, like offshore oil and gas, in case of default. China can dictate the construction pace and even force a default through the Chinese builder. State auditors had discovered bid rigging among three Chinese companies.
At mas nakaka bahala etong loan agreement na to!

China needs to put their people / companies to work

keep in mind China gov't number 1 fear is social instability

joblessness / idle citizens cause social instability

as much as possible they want to keep their people working (even work abroad) that's why China proposes infrastructure projects to other countries

China contractors will have something to do

China construction equipment and material suppliers will have something to do

Their workers will have something to do

    that's the goal

Baka kailangan habaan ang water interruption months into 2020

    ulysees for your information,

Its the residential high rises.

Isang floor 24units. 24 comfort room. Do the math sa 40 storey. (in just a small piece of land.

Mas worst pa yun way back year 2010 below. Wala water interruption dati.

Weak el nino lang ito year 2019.

Its the condo. Darating time magkakaroon ng paglilimit sa residential highrise. Pero kailangan muna magka crisis or disaster.

super big difference ang 2018 and 2019

    it's the lack of rain

Pinalitan mga drainage doon all the way to kapiligan and guirayan.

Pero yung araneta near funeraria paz tatalon eh as long na pugad ng squatters yung likod nyan eh talagang magbabaha jan. Rain catchment na tapos basura pa. What do you expect.

Its a squatters area.

wala ako paki sa araneta ave after quezon ave toward erod towards sta mesa

ang area of responsibility ko ung talayan area only which is the lowest point

kahit ano gawin nila sa drainage wala mangyayari

ung black scoop/romantic baboy binaha 2 or 3 times 2019

    kabisado ko yan

wala kinalaman sa skyway construction or drainage sh#t

Impending Water Crisis??
