    Still A bit down. Our baby crow passed away last night. Rescue uwak pa naman siya. She was so beautifully darker than night.

    Bakit kaya dito sa nilipatan naming village ang daming uwak? Wala naman dun sa dati naming village which is just 6 kms away. Pagkakaiba lang, medyo madalang pa ang bahay dito sa amin ngayon.

    Ganyan village ko gusto tumira, yung maybe 40% pa lang ang bahay. Pero saan pa kaya in the middle of MM meron.

    1. they have to eat from the land. they don't jollibee.
    2. they have to lay eggs. they need secure trees and privacy.
    3. they do not need hunters, intentional or otherwise.

    Baka nga dahil konti pa ang tao (relatively speaking).

    Surprisingly sensitive to noises and disturbances ang hatchling crows. Watching the adults and juveniles parang napaka sturdy nila w/ all the mischief they get into. That isn't the case apparently.

    Come to think of it, nung covid shutdown nagkaroon ng murder of crows sa village namin (intriguing english phrase to refer to a flock of crows). Ngayon parang wala na ako naririnig. Probably because madami na uli ang renovations and constructions going on kaya bulabog sila.
