I slept and stayed in bed until the afternoon, I am getting so depressed with my life na. I am disappointed in people in general. Parang majority na masasamang ugali. Marcos leading the surveys, woke people taking the side of Will Smith, trans men competing in women's sports, vloggers with stupid content (pranks and poverty p0rn) making tons of money, Sodom and Gomorrah lifestyle that I learned at ph reddit, and so much more disappointing things. What does that show? Sablay na talaga values ng mga tao sa buong mundo.

Happy that the inflammation on my knee is easing up. Parusa talaga itong gout ko, Hindi na ako tinantanan since December, palipat lipat lang from the knee to the foot to the elbow to the fingers, it's more than 3 months now like that with only a few days of relief in between. Sana tumigil na.

What is your cocktail bro? I had my 2nd flare last 2020 (first was 2012) and my ortho prescribed me allopurinol for uric acid and arcoxia/colchicine for the swelling and pain. Usually it subsides about a couple of weeks. Iwas na rin sa entrails.

Meron nyan officemate ko. Sabi nya there are some specific food that would triggers his gout like sesame seeds and shrimp.

Pag kumain ng burger sa mcdo, inaalis nya outer layer ng bread para wala sesame seeds , tinitingnan sya ng mga katabi na table . .

Same, except that I take febuxostat instead.of allopurinol. My last was 2017, took me at least 6 months to manage it and was totally pain free until 2021 when I went back to my bad habits, now I'm on my 3rd month, dapat di na talaga bumalik sa alcohol at purine rich foods, lumakas kasi loob ko dati at kumain ulit ako entrails like dinuguan and ilonggo batchoy, hay sauna ang sarap, sa huli ang hirap [emoji38]

Yup, nung bago pa lang ako, I did not know it was already the start of gout, I thought random pain lang, kalakasan ko kumain ng purine rich foods noon, gotong batangas, sinaing na tulingan, instant noodles, etc.
