Feeling sick.
My fever keeps on and off.
Had a sore throat but no sipon and ubo.
What's hard is my back hurts, Lower back.
Kaya ang hirap matulog

For sore throat po effective talaga yung Betadine Gargle and Betadine Spray.. Kahit runny nose ko, napapagaling.. And sakin po effective itong Ricola Lozenges na Mountain Mint (specific flavor).. Naka try na ako ibang Lozenges pero ito yung effective sakin..
Nag-stock na ako from Shopee, kasi laging ubos na sa grocery..
