    Tsikoteers, thanks for your concern. Please pray na hindi ako makahawa. I am so MAD at irresponsible, selfish and STUPID people who refuse to wear a mask. Delta is too contagious. Hindi enough ang double mask, dapat talaga N95.

    i pray for uneventful recovery.

    masks are effective, but they are not perfect.
    sabi nga ng isang expert, that because the new strains appear to be more infectious, "it is now not a matter of 'if', but of 'when' ".

    Thank you doc, please include my 2 Moms in your prayers, they are in their late 70s na kasi. I am nervous kasi the doctor told me to take covid panel of tests because I am only in Day 5 and Day 6 to 12 pala nagwo worsen
