I do not know if I will be mad or sad. I just found out through the CARETAKER that one property has been sold already!

HOW was my Lola and Tita able to sell that without our signature! I did not even complain anymore that Lola did not give us any share for those properties from her side. She is totally controlled by my Tita na. The worth of this property is small lang but what if she does that to others that are from my LOLO's FAMILY? And I know that she did NOT declare all the properties. I know this because it was done to the ex of my brother.

It really hurts pag sariling dugo mo pa magbetray sayo. It's not about the money. It's about being fair. Hindi na nga ko humahabol sa iba, luging lugi na kami. We were NEVER a financial burden to my Lola - my parents paid for my education and my needs! Sobrang bait ng Daddy ko, he worked the hardest without anything in return. He never took advantage of his parents pero eto yung pamilya niya ginugulangan pa. Unbelievable. Nag palpitate tuloy ako

Is it your Lola's property? As in is it in her name? Is your name or your mom's name in the title?

These are important questions. If its in her name and she is still alive...you have zero legal say with what she does with it. But if your name is on the title..that sale is obviously questionable at best and invalid at worst

It's not in her name anymore. That property is transferred na to the children. We have an internal agreement lang that we will give her equal portion to the proceeds

I know naman for the properties under her name it will go to my Tita only, some already did. Though most families that are fair will give equal shares to all children, not in our family Kasi according to my Tita anak lang may rights. So using her logic, if she dies wala na rin dapat mana anak niya [emoji15] Hirap pag may greedy na relative, that Tita of mine, ever since we were children, known na for being madamot and entitled. It seems like now she has my lola wrapped around her finger

I already consulted my lawyer but I'm not sure if I should pursue it. Hindi naman nila ikayayaman yung amount. I could earn that money once I start working. Makarma din sila. It hurts lang kasi parang nabaliwala na Dad ko when he ran the business along with my Lolo. My Dad and lolo were also officemates until my Lolo retired. That greedy Tita of mine did nothing and yet feels like she deserves the most.
