I'm trying really hard. It's a struggle mentally just entering the building and it feels like I'm punishing myself for prolonging it, haha! What I don't like about it? Alot of things. Just telling myself that it's too soon to give up. I just didn't experience this feeling in my previous work. It's just hard to be choosy during these trying times.

I vow to make myself healthy na I took my temperature 36.5 naman.

    buy that new aircon already!
it's less than five-minutes to pull out the old and push in the new.
ask the store to send covid-free workers.

    last week,
i called up our aircon suki repairman to repair our ref.
he said, "doc, negative ako sa test."

It would have happened even if I had aircon It was not normal na naiinitan, I felt like I was burning. I was only relieved when I checked my temp and it's normal, but I felt so scared while I was taking a bath because I thought I might need to go to the ER na

My thinking talaga everyone has covid. I feel even more trapped knowing it is transmitted by breathing. I want to badly go to the hospital for an ecg and 2decho di ko naman magawa. Sana talaga wala na covid by 2021 because I need that aircon fixed or new aircon

Nasanay ka sa ac. Now wala. You're putting putting yourself into heat exhaustion therapy/torture. Eventually heat stroke. Get an ac.

I've mentioned several times already that I don't like aircon and I only use it during summer, so no, hindi ako sanay sa AC. It's not because nagtitipid ako sa kuryente, I don't even pay for Meralco, I just prefer natural air in my room. Even if I wanted to buy an AC, I am scared of the China virus, room ko na nga lang safe space ko. Hindi naman ako maiinitin na tao, in fact when my friends and I dine out I prefer al fresco but all of them except my Spanish group prefer AC.

Cold temperature and sleep quality are not directly proportional naman. I prefer to sleep without aircon.

    perhaps.

    but for me,
    they're darn pretty almost synonymous.

as long as they do not approximate the russian experience of adolf and 'leon.

I had my yearly physical not too long ago. As usual, most tests are negative. However, My Vitamin B12 level seemed a bit low. I had cut down on meat/egg intake because the summer has been too hot and my body dislikes meat when the weather is too hot.

    Otherwise, I feel great.
