I'm so confused. The Director of projects called me and she wants me in her department, they need my specialization daw (I'm an SME kasi)

Nahihiya ako tumanggi because it was my VP boss who called her to open a role for me Mukhang okay yung work pero they want there by July 1! WTF! If I say no to this role baka magka reputation na ko ng puro tanggi Gusto ko sana malaman kung maredundate ako, if the offer is not good, saka na lang sana sila mag alok

Relieved. I was asked to promote this global program of our company in our operating unit kasi dun ako kilala sa mga pakulo lol. Kaso later on gusto ng OM namin magconduct pa ako ng session na hindi ko natanggihan. Ang totoo I have stage fright and I hate public speaking kahit pa conference call lang yan. So I spent the weekend studying the material and preparing my presentation. Done with it yesterday, 50 people attended and it turned out okay and received a few positive feedback. Classic example of if you want growth you have to come out of your comfort zone.

Sa company din namin, sabi ng team leader ko dati, if one wants to move up dapat idevelop yung comm skills kasi yung mga andun sa taas yung magagaling magsalita.

Nahihiya na talaga ako and I am very flattered that a lot of the leads want me in their department. My VP has been calling his network din to help me get transferred because they do not want me to leave the organization.

MY problem is I cannot tell them straight out that I want to be given a redundancy package na lang. I need to go back to the US din next year and this time I might need to resign na. BUT there is a side of me that wants to stay kasi this is my "home" na rin, I've been in this company for 11 years, and yes, lahat ng demands ko binibigay nila. Nagulat ako kasi akala ko VP lang tumawag sakin, director pala kaya nakapag open ng position for me.
