Leave my job? But I love my job and my bosses. I'm afraid to lose the only good thing going in my life. I'm up for promotion to AVP and I want it so bad. That's why it's so hard for me. I don't want to be jobless. Even if my family says they will support me, I don't want to be PAL at my age.

Saka I like having my own money kasi I can say "pera ko naman eto" when my Mom sermons me abt my gastos haha

My job gives me satisfaction kasi I like my role na people come to me for help and I check their reports. Baka sa US janitor pa maging work ko

Baka sa US janitor ka sa una. Pero after few years, manager na. Tapos baka may kano na cutie na manligaw sayo na checks all the boxes. Malay mo?

Just like my aunt, she has a relatively high position na sa isang bank dito but gave it up to migrate there. Sa una mahirap pero looking back, it was the best decision made daw nya to leave.

Btw. Di ka pinanganak para magsilbi sa isang kompanya. Pagsilbihan mo naman sarili mo.

I'm too old for a blue collar job. I never wanted to live in the US, though I understand my family that it's good to have an option to leave anytime. There is a side of me thinking, mabilis lang ang 5 yrs and I can go back after I get my citizenship, I really want a US passport. But my second Mom is in her 70s and my fat lab is turning 8 yrs old so I want to spend as much time as I can with them. Saka 40s na ko in 5 yrs, wala na kong mababalikan na work dito, unless mag business talaga ako, hindi naman ako business person.

Matutuwa both sides of my family if I married a caucasian. HAHAHA! But you know what they say (at my age) all the good ones are taken. How old was your Aunt when she left pala? I assume single and in her early 30s?

Sobra nga loyalty ko sa job ko hahaha! Like I said nga, it's the only good thing going in my life now...

My aunt is also in her 40's or late 30's din nung nag migrate sila. Basta sipag at tyaga lang at luck at will power.

Ang circumstances na ang gumagawa ng paraan for you to choose your own path. Sabi mo nga, you cant have both na.

It's probably easier for your Aunt kasi wala siyang maiiwan dito. Yung second Mom and fat lab ko kasi iniisip ko

I cried so hard because I thought I would be able to have both. I'm praying hard, sana malipat nila role ko sa US in time. Pero lalo ko naa appreciate mga boss ko, moving heaven and earth just for me to stay.

    Circumstance aint the same. Yes.
Aunt and her husband took the plunge to start all over.

Well you showed loyalty din naman sa boss mo so as a way of giving something back din naman para sayo. But get ready to decide if time comes.
