Reposting:
Medyo emotional / stressful week din, I still used the car kahit nakailaw yung CEL medyo nakakapraning nga lang hehe
Car was diagnosed by:
Honda Pasig and Greenhills.
Both of them pointed out oxygen sensor nga daw.
They checked everything that is needed to be checked daw.
So ayun na nga, need to replace na.
I need the car badly this weekend.
So naghahilap ako saan dealer meron, lahat wala available.
Sabi ni Greenhills even planta wala available.
I emailed Honda Makati group nag inquire na din.
I tried asking help with my batchmate sa Honda Kalookan. He told me last Wednesday that he ordered the part, 3-4 days daw arrival.
Wednesday din, sumagot sa email ko si Pasig, mag DP lang daw ako then the part will be available the next day.
I sticked with my friend sa kalookan, the next day the sensor arrived kahit.
Talked to the SA, directly informed him palitan na agad. SA told me diagnose muna natin Sir, sabi ko naku diagnosis fee nanaman yan, naka dalawang casa na ako kako same sila findings.
The SA insisted sabi niya maganda i-diagnose pa din. Hindi sa wala silang tiwala sa ibang dealers but mas tiwala sila if sila mismo nag check. Fair enough kako.
Still we are observing it and for road test.
Sabi ko sige lang, I’m already expecting to say goodbye to 15K for the part and labor on case oxygen sensor papalitan.
Until they confirmed it fuse lang talaga.
No more error.
I’m mixed emotions sa nangyari, syempre lamang na happy since I was saved from spending/replacing something na hindi dapat.
To think 2 dealership sablay ang diagnosis? To add I left the car whole day sa Pasig and Greenhills for them to check thoroughly.
Kaya nasisira yung “casa service” sa mga cases like this.
Now ang issue is yung ordered part. Ang naipit is yung friend ko sa HondaKal, sabi ko na lang if he will get penalized sabihan niya ako and I am willing to pay him the penalty that he will incur.
If ever I will make a formal complaint na din sa HCP so they can call the attention of their dealers.

It could be the battery, the alternator, the starter or the fuse. Diagnosing the problem goes through a process of elimination to hunt down the problem source. They do make mistakes. You can't perfect it all the time.
Glacial pace.
