That's true. Diet and exercise also play a part. My wife is slim. But, she better cut down on that dried (and stinky) fish. It's what? 90% salt? ;)

Tuyo sounds familiar..... It's already dry. Yet, she still fries and sprinkles salt on it. Bleh.

Daing is the big meaty fish, correct?. I can eat some of those (with beer). I have no idea what danggit is.

Google says danggit is the following. Bleh. No thanks.

I normally don't eat dried fish but danggit from Cebu is really good (not too salty) I eat it with salted egg and tomatoes.

BTT: Excited! I wonder what goodies my boss sent me. Inaasar ako sa friends ko na parang bata, but that's okay, even my boss calls me kindergarten :P

The wife has a heightened sense of smell. She sniffs at every food she comes across. But, she also seems to have a lousy sense of taste, especially when it comes to salty food. That's why I (and the kids) avoid much of her PH cooking although her Pinay friends find nothing wrong with it.

Anyway, what she sprinkles is Accent flavor enhancer. To me, it's still salt.
