filipinos are overweight becoz of conditioning, bombarded sila ng food ads ng empty calories....a typical 175lb male has a base metabolic rate of 2625 calories...this is how an average male office worker eats, he has...
breakfast
10am break
lunch
3pm merienda
dinner
late snack(if need be)

i used myfitnesspal and here are the results..









i didnt include night outs or pizza night, condiments, cooking oil..etc...just food in general for typical day working individual...even if we remove the late night snack...its still 4000 calories a day...thats why we are overweight, compounded pa ng lack of activity...

i was at yellowcab earlier to let our little one eat pizza and pasta, we came from a PTA meeting, then some parents and teachers dumating...they told us to join in...i said sure, they asked if we wanted something, told them we already ate, truth is i just ordered for out, im gonna eat at home to measure my food...i noticed they ordered too much....after they had their fill, they kept offererring their food like half of an 18 incher pizza, chicken wings and potato wedges, i just respectfully declined, at hinihintay ako ng pancakes ko sa house...one of the parents, i was observing and counting what he was eating....from my guesstimate, around 1500-1800 calories, the amount of mountain dew alone 500 na..

when i got home, this is what i ate..



now im sleepy....

I think there is something wrong with waze. Just like an hour ago on our way to kids' party, waze directed us to a dead end. Very strange.. In some instances it keeps on directing me to a longer route.
