    ..in a way.
yung acute gastroenteritis, "voluminous delivery of poorly processed, previously ingested food".
yung empacho, "you kept it all to yourself".

    it really is.
arriving with a fever, in any airport, is a horror-waiting-to-develop, what with current immigration woes of bird flu, pig flu, and others.
"i decided not to board the plane, because i was running a fever."
kapag kayo'y bumahing sa loob ng eroplano, you can be certain that everyone inside will langhap your virus.
i have some pei pa kwa, whenever i en-plane. false but nevertheless re-assuring belief. heh heh.

if everyone harboring a fever upon arrival, were treated in the traditional cuarenta dias de quarantino... on board a boat in the middle of manila bay...

Doc - can we walk away from all that sugar too?

    Or drink away from sugar?

    Agree doc...

So, is it alright to assume that it must be a combination of walking away from and drinking it all out?

Easy..in times of famine and lack..sugar coming from starch and fruits is the fastest way to bulk up or add weight...fast forward a few thousand years...we dont need the extra weight for the winter...

    I am dead tired.

Traffic in Baguio is worst than EDSA. It is better to just walk if there is a need to go out, driving is a nightmare.

I feel awful today. Woke up several times with shortness of breath. I checked my BP (120/80 - should be 110/70) and sugar (101 - should be below 100). It's not that bad, but why am I having a hard time breathing. I hope my cardio can solve this

Feeling like a mechanic. Finally had time to do the brakes lol.

Had some grinding sound every morning and viola fixed by redoing the caliper guide pins and the sliding surfaces.

Easy to check pala.. remove tire and slide in and out... if it moves it's good, if not, it's a long day lol.

Relieved. Nahuli ako sa Makati kasi nag straight daw ako sa right lane must turn right (no sign!) I pass here all the time naman Normally I don't stay in the right if I'm going straight

I told the TE Makati resident, then he asked for my DL e naka address sa house namin sa South Buti na lang Makati address my Mom and Aunt. Then the TE said "sila Makati, ikaw hindi" then I said e Mommy ko yan (he saw naman same surname) Omg. Same thing happened to me few years ago na car ko Makati pero ako daw hindi :twak:

Good thing the TE let me go

Looking back, in my 20+ yrs of driving, lahat ng napara ako sa Makati at Pasay. That is why I avoid Pasay like the plague kasi I am rarely there, napapara pa ko and they ask for lagay, buti sa Makati never sila nanghingi.

sinita rin ako once, sa mandaluyong/pasig, for similar "offense".
    inunahan ko na si TE.
    inamin ko, "opo". then added
"buti na lang, po, walang signage na nagbabawal."
    "have a good day, sir."
    and away we went.
