Yes my Mom always gets mad at me because most of my food gets expired hahaha

eh di mo kasi ini-ischedule, you can eat clean the whole week with a deficit of only 250 calories a day, pag dating ng cheat meal, kahit 6 large snickers bar or a pound of m&m peanuts, minimal impact except for the water weight...which youll lose on day 3

It is so hard to go cold turkey on carbs and then back again. I wish I had your discipline.

Felt inspired and amazed at the same time, our group is eating dinner as we waited for the boarding time. PA announced now boarding, we asked for our bill.

Waiter said our meal has been settled already, we have a question mark on our faces.

Then the waiter pointed the girl beside our table, telling that she's the one who paid for it.

Girl stood and approached us, she said don't worry guys I'm just paying it forward. Someone also did that to me.

we are a group of 6 probably we incurred around 3K for the meal.

Anyone tried doing that already to a random group of strangers?

He's a health buff and not into food. But he did ask me if I cook. He wants to help me lose weight and I appreciate that he does not criticize my body. (His Mom is hot so I thought he would be very critical)

We are both into dogs that's why we became friends. He also has a lab and dax (just like me) but he also has JRTs. They have 15 dogs at home!
