Im renewing my passport here at dfa megamall. I pity the guy ahead of me, nagoyo pala ng fixer. Actually more of katangahan?

He paid a guy in libertad pasay 1,500 akala niya all in na pupunta na lang dito sa megamall to pick up his passport.

Ang ending ginawan lang siya ng appointment which is free!

May hawak siya receipt, yung receipt na nabibili sa national bookstore.

He still can proceed, but wala na siya pambayad for the processing fee of 950.
