She wants to drive but all our cars are manual and she has a hard time. I guess the next time around, time to get matic. Problem din is she has a bad sense of direction (and i mean baaaad).

This is also my problem with my wife. ayaw nya mag-drive dito sa Manila.

Sabi nya the only place she'll drive is in the US specifically at Seattle & Connecticut. She lived in California for a while and she saw the vast difference between Seattle, Manila and CA roads and behaviour of drivers.

Sabi ko nga, at least, pag Manila driver ka, you can drive in any part of the world, like me.

Gusto nya mag-enroll sa A1 pero sabi ko, it's a waste of money because the instructors are idiots who will teach her WRONG driving (based from experience with some exs). Pero if it will boost her confidence pala, like I've read here, pwede na rin siguro.

Gusto ko sana matuto muna sya ng manual although I'll get her an automatic later on. I just really want her to have the same skillset as me when it comes to driving. Is this still a good idea nowadays?

what more kung she's on her own.

    OT

We are not the worst drivers in the world

Sablay nga A1, was about to enroll my wife there as well. Papano ngayon kung kakanan or kakaliwa?

Agree here. Nag A1 si misis (i learned too late that they were not that great) and even the driving styles of the instructors varied.

in our case, 3X nag A1..."refresher course" daw..I just let her be...wala akong tyagang magturo.in the end natuto rin mag drive but in selected areas lang gusto...

isa pang style para mapilitan magaral mag drive mga asawa niyo, encourage them to buy their own car with their own money...no choice kundi mag aral mag drive yan sigurado...

As long as she gets from point A to point B,- good enough.
