a. sahara
b. mortar seal
c. rubberized asphalt

kami we have experience both with and A and B, but we suggest C - rubberized asphalt, kasi yun dalawa kung hindi magaling yun naglagay yari na... sa rubberized asphalt dapat maayos yun pagkagawa...

Follow-up question po regarding flat rooftop....kailan nagiging mas mahal pag ganito ang set-up? sabi ng kakilala naming architect mas mahal daw pag ganito ng 30% compared to traditional roofing...
