    you mean yun depth ng window sorroundings? yun pagtuturnilyohan ng aluminum? malapad naman yun depth, kahit siguro 4" na tubular na aluminum kasya sobra-sobra pa....so it's possible right van? para makatipid na sa grills and yun trabaho s pagsinsil sa semento sa gilid...

    salamat sir vw...naisip ko lng kasi mas madaling mag renovate ng bahay kung puro wood lang ang gagamitin...puede kaya kung ung mga division ay wood or anything na madaling alisin in case kailanganin mong mag renovate...just thinking po.

    [QUOTE=van_wilder;612427]minsan masmura depende sa situation...

    sa waterproofing may choices ka... critical ito since madalas ito nagiging problema ng roofdeck...

    first of all, pinakaimportante, dapat READYMIX CONCRETE ANG BUHOS, AT ISANG BUHUSAN LANG... hindi pwede putol putol, dapat monolithic yun roofdeck para walang tagas talaga sa concrete, then waterproofing:

    a. sahara
    b. mortar seal
    c. rubberized asphalt

    kami we have experience both with and A and B, but we suggest C - rubberized asphalt, kasi yun dalawa kung hindi magaling yun naglagay yari na... sa rubberized asphalt dapat maayos yun pagkagawa...

    Follow-up question po regarding flat rooftop....kailan nagiging mas mahal pag ganito ang set-up? sabi ng kakilala naming architect mas mahal daw pag ganito ng 30% compared to traditional roofing...

    afaik mas mahal ang kahoy+brick kesa sa concrete+steel..saka depende sa lugar yan..sa states may winter, pag gumamit ka ng puro concrete at walang insulation baka parang nasa loob ka ng freezer..

    I think there is a 4th one, membrane.... Tama ba?

    yup may membrane

    construction materials depend on the location of the project, for example yun petronas tower they used reinforced concrete instead of steel.

    yes. what you can do is concrete walls sa labas, then do dry walls inside. so that it would be easier kapag renovation.
