yes, it's feasible if you aren't going to provide a carport but i don't think the lot owner will construct a 3-storey townhouse without a carport for each unit. a lessee who cannot afford to own a car cannot as well manage to pay for the rental of the townhouse. a common garage on the side isn't advisable because it will minimize the living space on the ground floor.
as 3 units with carport command higher rental, revenue will be the same as 4units without carports. mas maganda pang tingnan yung bahay kasi malaki ang setback sa harapan.![]()
