kawawa naman yung girl...
i admit it's wrong cursing the customer and no excuse for that. she was cornered and nowhere else to go but to fight back.. sobrang kulit ng guy, more than 3 minutes na syang paulit-ulit hanggang wala nang maisagot yung csr.. and to think 2 days pa lang sya walang dsl ganun na attitude nya. what more kung 1 week na.. hello!! baka nakalimutan nya nasa pinas pa sya at u know how services are handled here.. and wtf di sya makatawag sa US coz wala dsl.. fyi, 100 petot pldt budget card good for 30minute call to the US... and para murahin nya ng paulit-ulit yung csr is too much..
to quote the caller: "i have the right, naha-hassle kame. me problema ka.. ha..ha.. P.I. mo ah!! ha.. P.I. mo ah!!"
highly probable that the girl will be fired, pero bobombahin din siguro ng tawag yung guy para murahin din sya..

Do you want me to do that sir?" Pag tuloy pa rin, baba mo na. Tsaka mo murahin pag nakababa na! Hehehe. Kwento lang ng friend ko, working in Convergys handling Sprint accounts.

pero sa scenario na ito yung CSR and initiate na magmura.. naprovoke lang nung cust dahil sa expression niya...
pero nak ng teteng... minura pa rin niya yun ang masama... heheheh akala ko nung una running smoothly yung call..wala lang talagang mai reason out.. yun pala may murahan na sa bandang dulo...

October 12th, 2006 01:38 AM #65i think, ginu good time na ng CSR yung caller, its that, di nya napindot yung mute button. kaya narining, its obvious na parang nagulat yung CSR nung minura na rin sya ng caller and naghahanap na sya ng palusot by that time. pero kung saken to, nung gumamit pa lang sya ng "tangena" wawarningan ko na to and gawin na kagad yung nasa taas.

la ako masabi, kahit anong sabihin, kahit customer pa sya, kahit always right pa sya, di na dapat pinatulan yung babae. grabe mag mura.. tsk tsk..
si babae naman, nakaka turn off. lupit din mag mura. nauna pa.. kala nya siguro minura sya..
