lufet naman nun....
mali naman talaga yung CSR na yun... Umiyak tuloy.... hahahha mahina ang loob.. di pa pwedeng magcall center yung csr na yun.. dapat expect na niya na halos lahat ng calls niya Irate cust... bawal umiyak sa calls.. hehehehe

sir otep try ko search sa frindster yung mga names nila d ko mahagilap or mali ata pag karinig ko yung girl kathy rosana yung lalake raul bacallo d ko alam spelling search nyo hehehe....
heres my opinion mali yung csr kc d naman talga sya minura mahina loob nung girl....
sa caller naman ac2lly kilala ko yung caller di daw kc sya nga mkatwag sa states at d sya makapag onlne sa tsikot hehehe joke

October 11th, 2006 10:25 PM #58makulit yong caller kasi excited pumunta ng Tate kesyo kailangan daw niyang tumawag for his itinerary.sabi nga ni doc otep 3 min of overseas call ay hindi masyadong malaki para mabawasan pocket money niya.
Yong csr naman anglutong ng mura niya sa caller which is wrong kahit gaano ka rude customer u have to ba patient.Yong caller naman alang breeding din.
Just one of those days for both of them.
