    Don't forget that Air Force 1 is whatever aircraft the president of the United States is in. If he was riding in a cropduster, then, it'd be designated Air Force 1.

    That said, I had briefed the presidential plane over the vhf. The president back then (Clinton) wasn't aboard. So, it was designated Air Force 2:

    AF2: Mt Home metro, Mt Home metro, Alfa Foxtrot 2, over....
    Me: Alfa Foxtrot 2, this is Mt Home Metro, go ahead, over.....
    AF2: Roger metro. Request landing weather for Kilo Alfa Delta Whiskey, time zero one three zero zulu, including temp P-A, over
    Me: Foxtrot 2, understand request landing weather for Kilo Alfa, Delta, Whiskey, time zero one three zero zulu, over
    AF2: Roger, metro
    Me: Foxtrot 2, copy request loud and clear. Stand by for forecast, over.........................
    AF2: AF2 Standing by.....

    Ah. I miss those days.

    nabuhay yung thread , sa MTC na lang kayo pumunta at andun yung mga regular parokyano ng AF1. Kung Bigberts pa siguro, padalhan kayo ni Dave ng pics ng mga washboys niya mwehehehe.
