I grew up in rural Nevada. Most people there are quite friendly. If there's any particular person who'd have a grudge against Pinoys alone, it'd be a fellow Asian who's jealous of Pinoys because we tend to do very well here and assimilate with no problems. If that letter was written by a caucasian, he wouldn't stop with just Pinoys. He'd be hating all non-white people.

It was rather poorly written too, and sounds more like another race dissing pinoys, rather than a caucasian. Might have even be written by a Filipino na walang magawa. oh well
