    i can't find the old posts, so i'm re-asking.

    our manang denuded our lawn.
i have to re-grass it, lest it turn into a dust bowl.
what do you folks recommend for type of grass that will be sun-lighted only half the day at most? 3-4 hrs at best.

Wala naman ata ganun na grass doc? Yung bermuda namin patay na rin haha. Landscapers always recommend frog grass kasi low maintenance and it doesn't need cutting ata, but I don't like it

kung gusto mo low maintenance at matibay, i'd say carabao grass pa din. you just have to have it trimmed once in a while pero halos bihira na din kasi hindi naman pataas ang growth niya. virtually plant and forget na ito.

frog grass ngayon ang nasa lawn namin. medyo hindi kinakaya ang poo at ihi ng mga doggoes kaya we decided to fence it in. at least sa periphery niya mga vegetable plants ko safe na din sa mga alaga. medyo matakaw din iyan sa tubig unlike carabao grass.

damihan mo pa ng nightsoil around the roots.

we used to collect our night waters (urine) in a big aurinola.
mom uses it on her prize bonggabilyas.
visitors are all impressed at their beauty.

mom also had rows of cabbage, pechay and lettuce.
we argued for her not to use her secret night water on them.
