pollution...better to isolate the source (pocket stations...like presently the plants and generators), rather than bring the source elsewhere and everywhere (like the tambutso).
Believe me, the present environmental, social, financial, etc. costs of internal combustion far outweighs that of the electricity's. Rephrased: the advantages (in those terms) of an electric car far outweighs that of an engine car. So which of the lesser evil then?

In my assumption, kung papadating tayo ng electricity powered cars (or Hybrid), there is a big chance na panay brown out naman tayo or tataasan nila presyo to compensate the Higher price of using Diesel to produce more electricity, that is kung hindi mag upgrade capacity ng powerplant dito.
In other words, indirectly gagamit pa rin tayo ng crudo to run the electricity powered cars. this also means, tipid tayo sa gastos sa gas, pero magmamahal naman gastos sa kuryente.
So, useless pa rin Hybrid cars dito.
Dapat talaga madevelop pa rin ng government infrastructure (Powerplant) dito to have extra capacity for the future electricity powered vehicles. but i doubt it. ano ba dapat mauna, magincrease ng demand ng kuryente or magincrease ng capacity? its a chicken and egg thing.
Opinion lang po.

huh? afaik hybrid cars doesnt need to be plugged anywhere, it is self sufficient, gets the electricity charge from itself such as brakes etc.
