I still believed they can't afford two deals (FTI & ortigas').

In the long run Mas wise investment Itong FTI

They're paying the P 19.4B upfront, balance in a year.

The Ortigas deal i guess is not yet final so they still have time to plan and prepare for that later on. Ortigas is also a developed area with recurring income so what comes with that deal is a land bank that you can use years later.

So where does the proceeds of this FTI sale go?

According to Singson, proceeds of the sale will go to the Department of Agrarian Reform (60 percent) and to the Department of Agriculture (40 percent).

That is the P5 question, bro...

Sana, tapusin nila iyong sinasabing Central Bus Station/Parking sa FTI connecting to SLEX and improved Train System to Metro Manila.... Part yata ito ng FTI Development Project....

Interestingly, ff you look at the price differences of the highest bidder (Ayala - P 24.33B) as against the second highest (Robinsons - P 14.67B), the bid price difference is a whopping P 9.66B! Either someone will get his head chopped off or Ayala really wants that property badly.

Here is the map of FTI:

And yes, it was bordered by Maharlika Village, Signal Village and United Paranaque Subdivision.
