shocked ako while watching this video

Shocking video and eyewitness reports from Tibet confirm that Chinese forces opened fire on a group of Tibetans escaping into Nepal, killing a young nun and a boy. Five others are reported to have been killed when the border patrol opened fire on the over 70 Tibetans who were crossing the Nangpa Pass between Tibet and Nepal. Although 43 Tibetans are reported to have safely made it to Nepal, the whereabouts of the more than 30 remaining members of the group are unknown and it is feared they may have been apprehended by the Chinese authorities.

he is believed (by buddhists) to be the budda incarnate.

he is like the pope to catholics except that the pope is only the heir of st. peter. the dalai lama is like the incarnation of Jesus Christ for buddhists.

Mate, that was an analogy. The analogy is: the Dalai Lama is to Tibetan Buddhists as the Pope is to Roman Catholics.

The Pope is not only spiritual head of the Roman Catholic Church, he is also the head of state of the Vatican City, which is recognised as a state. Similarly, the Dalai Lama is not only the spiritual head of Tibetan Buddhists, he is also the head of state of Tibet.

The difference is that the Pope is a successor to the Seat of St. Peter but not the the re-incarnation of St. Peter nor of Jesus Christ. The Tibetan Buddhists believe that the Dalai Lama is not only the successor of the original Dalai Lama but also the reincarnation of that original Dalai Lama (not Buddha as stated in one of the above posts).

Whether the Dalai Lama or Tibetan Buddhists 'believe' in Jesus Christ or not is their own personal belief, but no where is it stated in their canons that they should 'worship' Jesus Christ. It is in the same way that Muslims revere Jesus Christ as a prophet but not as a God.

Antagal na nitong Tibetan suppression by China...

The real Dalai Lama has already escaped to Nepal while China has installed their own Dalai Lama.

Most Tibetans are working their way to escaping to Nepal where they can practice their religion freely.

yup tagal na yang suppression na yan.

this pales in comparison to the secret video that CNN took in Afghanistan where the Talebans rounded up suspected Afghans that were against the Talebans, brought them inside a football stadium, torture them, then shoot them upclose, men and women.
