the passport may be canceled by the government that issued it.
the government may petition extradition.
there may or may not be reciprocal agreements, but it is always the host country who will decide what to do with the person.

it is very easy to get carried away, when the subject of your animal instinct is not allowed to fight back.
to inflict harm to those who are not allowed to fight back... that is the height of bullying.
(my apologies to the animals. they do not kill or harm, for sport. only for food.)

i agree.
but they appear to be the minority... because the practice is still very much existent.

sa university namin, mas matindi pa daw hazing ng orgs kesa sa frats.

pero seriously, by experience, yung mga hindi dumaan sa lumang proseso, parang hindi nila pinahahalagahan yun frat. kumbaga, patay na baraha.

and pahirapan na din mag recruit. mas sociable mag estudyante ngayon. hindi na kelangan sumali sa frat para magka grupo. tapos mas type nila acad orgs kasi nga may chicks.

There should be a mass surveillance inside the academy. If those idiots have the energy to senselessly beat up their fellow cadets then obviously they need to be subjected to a more intensive training.
