Probably had something to do with the Ayala/SSI ownership. Unless there's a BPO right next to it, building a stand alone in the mall just won't float.

There is one at bonifacio tower in BGC flunked by a 7-11 and a mini stop. Konyo ang crowd sa Family Mart tapos pang masa ang 7-11 and mini stop. Olats!

I've gone to that branch a few weeks ago. Very visible but a in terms of location, iffy nga because a convenience store has to be... Er... Convenient (for the target market). I'd surmise that people will still go to the store located near their office or home rather than at the dining strip mall.

He can go 2 ways:
A. Open family mart in all Phoenix stations.
B. Work with the Sys and fold it with Alfamart as a quick way to increase their footprint and be #3 in the quick service industry.
