mga dudes konting advice naman diyan.
napapansin ko kasi na even though right handed ako, mas malaki ang left arms (specifically the biceps) at left shoulders (specifically the traps) ko compared sa right biceps at traps ko.
pano ba ito iworkout sa gym para pumantay? thanks!

same din ako. mas malaki yung isang bicep as compared to the other one. as for the traps, ganun din. correct me if I'm wrong pero ganun talaga ata.
what I do is I try follow proper form sa workout... para pumantay.

mas nahihirapan ang left arm mo kaya konting reps, pumped up agad na siya. try mo damihan yung reps for the left hand (+3-5 each set) para makahabol.

Di kaya you're compensating with your left UE para magamit mo yung right UE more?
Try working out on the right side first with minimal workout on the left para makahabol.

January 2nd, 2007 04:22 PM #9Workout the weaker side first- Max out mo ung weak side. Then do the same on your stronger side. Do this para humabol ung weak side.
