Anyone here lives in the villages inside valley golf? Or have heard of any feedback? Saw some properties for sale na malalaki ang cut 400-1200sqm and the prices are very reasonable * 7-8k per square. I dont find valley golf malayo naman so i was wondering bakit mura? Magulo ba sa loob? May informal settlers? May nakawan and security isnít good? The properties i saw for sale are at park ridge and barrington place.
