Prices are insane. Shitty villages sells for 12-15k now. Thats how much my cousin paid for his ferndale property 6 years ago which is worth almost 3x now.

Hmmm didn’t think of that. But a lot of really good villages are on the fault line too. Too many to mention.

Ang nadadaanan ko yung entrance sa cainta, along ortigas ave. ext. I've been to a few villages inside pero yung near the cainta entrance, dikit dikit bahay and hindi ganun kalalaki cut. May tagos siya to sumulong highway antipolo. Yung sa parkridge siguro medyo opulent, ang lalaki ng cut eh.
