Ok lang naman magbayad ng assoc fees lalo na kung gagamitin mo din amenities... sa mga gusto lang ng investment, kung bibili kayo ng lote lang eh baka mas mainam na palagyan nyo na din ng bahay.... pwede nyo kasi ipa-rent yun bahay at yun ang pwede pambayad ng yearly land tax at assoc fees... at least makabawas-bawas man lang sa gastos sa maintenance ng property

    Update lang...titingnan namin next Saturday Forest Ridge malapit sa bayan ng Antipolo. North Pine ang developer. May idea ba kayo kung okay yung lugar and developer?

    Forest Ridge maganda diyaan sir, kumpleto facilities diyaan, medyo malayo lang yan sa bayan nang Antipolo. Tanong mo kaagad kung magkano ang monthly fees diyaan. Balita ko mataas ang monthly fees sa amenities diyaan.

    4php per sqm ser so ~500php. Halos pareho lang sa kanila badsektor. Maganda nga doon base sa pictures kaya gusto ko makita. Nakapag-tripping ka dun ser?

    May fire insurance pa pala kasama :excl: Mga magkano kaya yun? Plano ko pa naman mag-down ng medyo malaki pero mukhang kelangan ko bawasan para sa mga misc fees.

    Bank financing yan sir noh, mura lang ang fire insurance. yun sa amin dati 2k lang.

    Anyone here lives in the villages inside valley golf? Or have heard of any feedback? Saw some properties for sale na malalaki ang cut 400-1200sqm and the prices are very reasonable * 7-8k per square. I dont find valley golf malayo naman so i was wondering bakit mura? Magulo ba sa loob? May informal settlers? May nakawan and security isn’t good? The properties i saw for sale are at park ridge and barrington place.

    That used to be 2k per sqm about 4 yrs ago. Mataas na iyan. They keep going up.
