I do this most of the time when my I'm driving straight and my speed is 60 kph or below. When I change lane, I use two hands, the left and the right, hold them apart softly and . . .

kanina, on our way home from snowboarding, i was driving with my usual left hand sa seven o'clock position. may lumampas sa amin na malaking SUV and a gob of snow came flying sa windshield ko. sa gulat ko, napuntang bigla yung mga kamay ko sa 10 and 2 position. tawanan lahat yung mga pasahero ko.

I usually drive with my left hand only during traffic (around 10-30KPH) with my left elbow resting on the side door....whats wrong with it? nakakangawit kasi na parehas na andon sa manibela yung dalawang kamay mo tapos wala namang ginagawa..
pero kapag mabilis na eh dalawang kamay na.....

ako hindi ko na ginagawa. dati oo. pero ngayon hindi na. iba pa rin ang handa, saka isa pa, hindi na proper driving kung isang kamay lang ang nasa steering wheel.

ako i only do left hand sa steering 9'o clock and yung right hand nasa stick pag nasa stop-go traffic ako. Pag hi spsed na dalawa na ang kamay ko sa wheel.

As per the Mitsubishi Pajero manual, Mitsubishi warns against driving with one hand resting on the shifter (for manual transmission vehicles). Not for safety reasons, but to avoid unecessary wear on the shift forks of the transmission.

i also do that here in china para marelax..basta controlado mo nman at kayang ipreno...no prob IMO.
minsan nga papunta ko airport....sabi ko "chu da epot" pagkakita ko unggoy yung driver...mas mlupit...paa asa manibela kasi may hawak n coke!!!... limipat n daw sya eh.
