he has to thank the makati business community (sa mga binabayad nilang mayor's permits) and the developers and owners of malls and condo units (sa mga binabayad na real estate taxes)... yan ang pinangggagalingan ng mga pinanggagastos na programa para sa mahihirap ng makati...

it just happens na most of the "sources of funds" are not voters in makati... and most of the voters of makati are the "uses of funds"... kaya very critical kung natapos ang binay dynasty sa makati.. whoever gets to win the mayoralty post of makati would be very very powerful
