Rumor has it that Lito Lapid will be Binay's replacement for now and/or on next mayoral terms.

so after 60days at meron ulit suspension so sana kumusa ng bumaba si Binay without any or heavy drame because binigay na sa kanya ang due process

according to my law prof, the point of the suspension daw is so that binay won't have a chance to cover his tracks while they are investigating. ngayon na nagka TRO na, binay's back in city hall and he can fix his papers para wala nang mahanap na anomalies. kaya most probably, next time ay papayag na siya dahil naitago na ang lahat ng pwedeng mahuhuli.

[SIZE=3]well, that's true, unless dilg have already secured advance copies of needed documents to show paper trail leading to the bank/s.. besides, if the payroll of supposed ghost employees are concerned, it's kinda hard to tamper with bank documents where the proceeds are usually transacted.. :twocents:[/SIZE]

the TRO can also mean, all past and closed negotiations are negotiable na. expect new sprouting big businesses sa Makati hehehe na hindi na-approve before ng city hall.

oh well, that's life in the Phils.
