bat kaya di matibag si binay sa makati? maka mahirap siguro. eh mas marami pa namang naghihirap sa bansa natin. siguro ok lang palitan na basta ang ipapalit eh balanse at may bayag at di corrupt (meron pa kaya ngayon nyan?).

150 M were spent on ghost employees? it is still way low coampared to the fertilizer scam of bolante... both of then nagnakaw,, pero siguro dapat magpakita rin naman ang administration sa meron silang ginagawa sa case ni bolante, kasi yuan ang hirap eh pag close sa admin wala silang pakialam kahit anong sabihin ng tao tapos ang bagal nilang kumilos, pag opposition napakabilis ng takbo ng kaso....
