January 25th, 2016 07:25 PM #12bro, puede yan sa place of work niya i-serve mo yung demand letter. if he wouldn't receive it, just tender it to him (meaning, you just give a copy to him and write in your copy of the demand letter the date and place where you tendered it to him with a notation: "mr. xxx refused to receive."
yung small claims madali lang yan. it is very expeditious. parang labor complaint na you tick or check some boxes. PARANG (am not sure anymore because I don't practice civil cases anymore) no lawyer needed yata yan. basta patuloy mo yung small claims. and please do not forget to claim for damages sa mga abala mo.
with respect to your criminal case (malicious mischief), kung maka iilang hearing na at di pa rin nakausad yung kaso (say, for example, ten times or eight times), pa- dismiss mo na on the basis of speedy trial.

nakikita ko naman siya lagi sa current work place niya, small world lang naman ang call center sir, kaya halos lahat ng call center sa manila may kilala ako, kaya madali lang ma trace if ever lumipat sa ibang center yun,... nanghiram kasi yun dahil hinde nila mailabas anak nila sa hospital dahil walang pambayad.. tinulungan kona nga...ako pa ngayon ginaganito ni kuya..hehe (what a life)
regarding sa criminal case, sabihan kopo sa atty kopo, sa tingin ko alam niya diskarte sa case ko, kasi kahit ako kaya ko depensahan sarili ko sa mga evidence na meron sila.. kaya kung sa level of thinking ko madidiss etong kaso, what more lawyer ang mag isip.. but sana hinde ako malasin at paburin ng judge yung nag bintang...napaka malas kona siguru hehehe
planning to keep it for 15yrs just done 10,000 km already replaced the transfer case fluid w/...
