hmmm...there are lots of short courses on dimsum, just browse through the papers, esp. during Thursdays sa Inquirer o PhilStar. pero ung tipong full-fledged course on szechuan cooking? parang la pa akong nakikita dito sa 'Pinas.

i heard my uncle once say na me inooffer na ganyang courses sa Hong Kong -- ung ala Iron Chef na pagluluto B).

An alternative would be, kung malakas ka sa kusinero, gawin mong personal tutor mo B). although magiging problema mo would be the facilities...

hmmm i wonder kung meron ding ganyan sa China...

ISCAHM sa 3rd floor sa taas ng yellow cab katipunan. look for ms. jenny. If you want to learn fundamental of basic cooking dito ka. magaling ka mag cook but di mo alam ang basic useless lang. study ka dito if you want pastry, Heny sison.

bukod sa attend ka ng formal training try mo din manuod ng mga culinary shows every saturday am around 9-10 ata..ako hindi nag enroll i learned on my own lang..yung kay heny sison sunday naman..ok din nakakatulong sa ideas for new recipies..remember that cooking is endless experimentation!enjoy!

meron kayang guy na magaling magluto dito?hmmm...
